Please choose carefully and keep in mind that online reviews of a product may differ from your experience.
Due to the nature of the product, returns or refunds will be only be considered for the following conditions;
- If you have received the incorrect item
- If you have received a damaged product
In both the above scenarios, the return or refund will be assessed before processing, so please be prepared to send photo evidence.
In the case of damaged items please provide proof of case lodged with postal service to receive your store credit or refund. Defective or incorrectly sent items will be refunded or replaced at no cost.We are unable to accept returns or refund requests for the following reasons
- Change of mind
- You did not like the scent
- You have purchased the wrong item
