Shipping policy

We only ship items within Australia
No international orders will be accepted 

Samples and packs are sent via Sydney NSW within 48 hours of receiving payment. 

Due to the nature of the products, they will be sent by road transport only and cannot be sent by express post. In theory, they should arrive within 3-10 business days depending on your location. WA customers will generally experience the longer delivery times due to the distance. 


Samples are sent with Australia Post and a tracking number will be provided as follows:
  • 1-4 samples will be sent by registered post in a slimline box (insurance included up to $100)
  • 5+ samples will be sent by parcel post in a suitable cardboard packaging box (insurance included up to $100)
